I have a problem with my USB Device when I slot it in any computer USB port the computer would not recognise it and these computers are operating on XP Service Pack 2

Any red or yellow marks in the device manager in the USB area? If you open up the device manager is there an item there with the word "Enhanced" in one of those entries? Did you load everything from your motherboard disk like the chipset drivers?
