URGENT: No Sound From Line Out 1 - Green Circle

Hi Guys

I have a Dell Dimension 9150 with on board creative X-fi soundcard

O/S: Windows XP, SP3
Installed Drivers Currently

Sigmatel Audio C-Major Audio
Creative X-Fi Sound Blaster Series drivers

Sound System: Logitech z-5500

I have 4 circles at the back on the creative X-fi sound card where I plug in the 3 rcs split cables into orange, black and green

However my green circle slot is not kicking out any sound and as a result I dont get sound from left and right speakers on my Logitech z-5500.

I even inserted my headphones jack into the orange and black slots to see if I hear sound which I do, but not in the green so I know there is a problem from there for definite.

Also check that the right speaker settings of 7.1 were choosen.

NOTE: I also changed my sound card (with new backup X-fi) and still no sound from green circle (line out 3)

Do you think its my Sigmatel Audio codec drivers disabling the green circle?

Or can it be the platic clip with embedded wiring that fits onto the pci chip slot on the Creative Sound Card when fitting into motherboard? I called Dell and they are sending me a new wiring clip on set for the sound card and another card this Tuesday.

Whats your thoughts anyone?

It appears that the Dell Dimension 9150 comes with several different audio hardware set-ups. Your post is kind of confusing.

Your post says that you have on board creative x-fi than later you say you have Sigmatel Audio with Creative x-fi drivers (which is won't work very well). Than even later your say under NOTE: that you have changed your sound card to possibly a pci sound card?.

What are you using for sound?

If you are using a pci sound card have you disabled onboard audio?
