Will upgrading to a 128MB video card help speed things up in games like Splinter Cell? I'm currently running on a 32MB
GeForce 2. I only have a 1300Mhz Celeron, 1.2 GHz, with 384 MB of RAM so i'm kinda thinkin about getting a new system instead of upgrading.

Yes, upgrading from what you currrently have to a GeForce 4 will give you noticably performance difference... You will see better clarity in dark spots and get better FPS... Your current system should be well then enough to handle most games...
