Upgrading from Beta Office Outlook 2007

Right now I have Office 2007 beta installed on my laptop and will be installing Office 2007 Standard in a few days. I understand I have to completely uninstall the beta before installing the final product. What's the best way to make sure I have all my email, addresses, and settings from Outlook beta to the new Outlook?
