DOSE ANY ONE KNOW IF I CAN UPGRADE TO A3800+X2 DUEL CORE?,IHAVE A SINGLE CORE 3800+RIGHT NOW.MOTHERBOARD IS A RADEON ATI 200 EXPRESS .MODEL NUMBER RS480-MV1.0 SOCKET 939,WILL I HAVE TO BUY ABETTER MOTHER BOARD? PC IS A HP A1330N ,CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP.:4-dontkno

The beauty of most 939 boards is they can accomdate dual core processors without any 'significant' changes.

Stricktly speaking you can whack your dual core job straight in and it should work without issue. However 'normally' you should make sure that the bios version you have supports dual core processors, otherwise you will not benefit from more powerful upgrade.

Check the manufacturers site and see if the bios you have supports dual core. If doesn't see if there is an upgrade that is available, (there normally is), and upgrading is a fairly painless and uneventful task.
