On our server we have two 40GB drives in a RAID1 configuration using a RAID controller card.
We are going to replace the 40GB drives with 160GB drives.
Is there a preferred method to do this?
All the data (server OS, data, etc...) on the 40GB drive needs to be moved or copied to the new drive.

I suspect that a power down and clone would work best, on one of those weekends that general maintenance happens
