I have a New HP computer which has Windows 7 Pro on it. I have installed all of the Windows 7 Pro Updates and have uninstalled and reinstalled KB2952664 and KB3035583. My Windows OS is activated. Here is the problem. When I go to Windows Update it does not find the Windows 10 update. I have no idea what is wrong. All other updates come in. I have what is wrong. Thanks in advance.

Uninstall the Windows 10 updates that you installed manually and see if Windows Update will find them instead.

Thank you for answering my post. That part I have already done.

I was wondering too if there was another to upgrade free to Windows 10 without going through Microsoft Updates application?

Problem Solved!

Just went and tried it again and it found the Windows 10 Upgrade. It is downloading it now as I type.

It does seem I did a "Request" last night when I clicked on the Windows 10 icon on the lower right side of the screen. Does it take some time after I put in the request? I did NOTHING else. Thanks for the help we can close this.
