Upgrade CPU for A7V333

i got the A7V333 and i want to upgrade my CPU..what is the BEST i can get and it still work with my Motherboard?

what is in the price range of $200?

Here is the spec for the CPU according to ASUS.
Socket A for AMD®: Athlon XP/ Athlon/ Duron 600MHz ~ 2GHz+

FSB 266/200 MHz

This One should work.

Got anything higher then a 333MHz? i'd love and would pay $$ for a 1GHz or even a 2GHz

is the A7V33 a good motherboard all round or does it just suck?
