Windows XP SP2 new updates auto downloaded KB925254 (Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter) and KB919029 (Update for Office 2003). Recieved error message "Updates were unable to be successfully installed". No futher explanation or details given. Any advice?? Thanks!

Have you tried installing them again? (do so if not)

Check Accessories>Admin Tools>EventViewer for the errors. More info will be available there.

Thanks Kalim. I've tried re-installing in different ways (express, custom, one at a time) but always the same problem. Under Accessories I do not find Admin Tools, only System Tools but there is no Eventviewer button / option.

Hi

Go to Start>Run>type: eventvwr.msc and hit enter. That will lead you to the Event Viewer.
