If I forget to close the windows media player and then keep the computer on, the computer goes into a unwakable sleep mode then I have to reset the computer. Does ne1 know how to fix it.

Hmm... Make sure that Windows is whats sleeping. Check and see if your BIOS is trying to sleep the comp. I had a comp that defaulted to sleep mode in the BIOS but I had no wakeup button so I had to hard reset.
