There are two icons circled in red in the attached pic which I do not recognize. They do not respond and I do not know how to get rid of them. Please can anyone tell me, what are they, why are they there and how do I destroy them?
OK, the one on the left did respond after I tried a couple times hovering the mouse over it and clicking left and right (not sure which finally made it respond) and display a menu that included something about lock/unlock keyboard and I was able to close out of it. I still don't know what its purpose was but it's gone and I don't see any change in keyboard function yet. The one on the right apparently is something called quickset, a dell thing that I discovered could be disabled in the startup list, which got rid of it as well.
So they're both gone, thank you! Still not sure why they were there in the first place or why they were unresponsive, particularly the quickset icon, which never did respond to anything I tried to do with the mouse. Thanks again.
