Firefox current version: I get this quite a lot on some websites with Firefox... line after line of garbage like this. The same website on Chrome doesn't do it. Anybody know what's causing it?

Try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode ....

  • Click on the 3 parallel bars on the right hand end of Firefox's taskbar
  • Click on Help
  • Click on Troubleshoot Mode
  • Click on Restart
Firefox will close down, and re-open with all your add-ons/extensions disabled.

Now connect to Healthline.com and see whether you still have the same problem.

  • If you don't, then one of your add-ons is the problem.
  • If you do, then you need to uninstall your current copy of firefox, reboot your computer, then install a new clean copy of firefox.
  • If that doesn't work, then you may have a corrupt user profile (which is stored separate from firefox) and you may need to delete that. We can talk you through how to do that if necessary.

Thanx for the help. I have saved your reply but haven't tried it yet. I really don't need that site, so won't work it yet unless it occurs on sites I need. Again, thanx for your interest.
