Unknown icon on my (F:)memory stick that is on my computer

I have formatted my computer one hour ago and now i have this problem.... Please tell me how to recover my icon on memory stick.. Look at the image to understand what i mean... I have windows XP sp3

You probably have a hidden file on your memory stick called autorun.inf
Delete this file.
You might also have a virus recently as viruses some times use the autorun file to spread therefore you might want to run a virus scan.
Once the file is deleted remove the memory stick and then reinsert.
