Uninstalling WinXP professional

Does anyone have any clue how to UNINSTALL XP from an Emachine so I can reinstall Win98? Using it for business and my main server/program does not support XP. If I can't uninstall, I will have to go out and buy new PCs.

Welcome,

Boot to dos using a win98 bootdisk (http://www.bootdisks.com) then Fdisk the drive. Reboot (using the win98 bootdisk again)...then format your drive, reboot and install win98 as you normally would.

Your computer should have a recovery disk as well as most emachines do.

I finally got your suggestion to work today, however, then we had trouble with the video driver and the sound driver. I will try to find them online tonight. Thanks for the response.
