my trend micro is expired and i have purchased a new one but cannot instaill it till i uninstall trend micro and it wont let me becouse it says something about cannot close it becouse it is still running help me please i am so dumb on here

Hi there,

Download and Install revo Uninstaller.

So for Trend Micro and Uninstall

Reboot Computer and se whether it has worked

P.S Trend Micro aint the best security software package to use.
