This is my first time on a forum like this and thought this would be a great place to ask a question. My question is, is I have about 9 folders that I cannot seem to delete. Everytime I delete them, a red "X" is on the folder. It's not software that I downloaded, it is from a Maxim Magazine website that has yet to come off. Anybody able to assist me with this? have you tried deleting the content whilst in Safe Mode?

Hey Nickster, thanks for the reply. I am so computer illiterate that I wouldn't know how to delete while in safe mode. How do I go about doing that?
