Hello. I have a computer that has Windows 7 and i am unable to upgrade it. It is a 64bit OS with 6 GB Ram running intell core i5.
The error was the following:

We couldn't install Windows 10.
We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10.

0x800707E7 - 0x300D
The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error MIGRATE_DATA operation.

Can someone help me with this? Why cannot I upgrade this machine

Windows is having a problem saving your existing personal files and migrating them to the new 10. We suggest manually copying the C:\User\[UserName] files (ie) Desktop, Downloads, etc to an external HDD, then try upgrading Not Saving Anything. If that fails, boot off the Windows installer USB flash drive created in the Media Creation Tool and do a Clean Install of Windows 10
