I cannot sync music on my phone I already went to the sync options, and device manager on my laptop. My devise under sync options is not listed, and I get a code 31. Device not working properly in Network Adapters such as: Microsoft ISA/TAP Adapter, and, Microsoft ISA/TAP Adapter# 3 under Device Manager; under Network. Operating system: Windows Vista.
