i think she's using word but my principal is trying to open a file and its giving her an error that says: unable to load graphics conversion filter. i'm thinking its a works file and she's trying to open it in word and its not working. am i wrong or right? and is there something i can tell her to do? its a home computer so not one of mine here at school.

what is the extension of the spesific file ?
does the message ask you anything about document conversion ?

don't know, i was assuming all of that. i know it would help but i don't even know. like i said its her home computer so i can't see it. just kinda generally wondering if that could be the reason for the error.

If she's using Word, she can install the filter from the MS Office CD.
