Can some one help me?

My computer was doing a restart when the power was turned of turned power back on and it went to the page where it says to start windows normally or in safe mode etc, started windows in normal mode computer did what it does then back to the safe mode screen, is there any thing I can do to get out of it?

Do you have a Windows disk or can you borrow one? What happens when you select safe mode?

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them

Many thanks for the offers of help, have decided to take the computer in for repairs becouse there are other things I need fixed.
