I an not able to access yahoo web sites for the past 2 days. I could access it day before yesterday. I was playing Yahoo chess when suddenly the site crashed I don't know what to do. Please help me. I am using Windows XP Professional and the browser I use is Mozilla Firefox.

Open a command prompt and try to ping yahoo.com

Go to Start > Run
Type cmd and press enter
Type ping www.yahoo.com and post results.
