Two Graphics Cards and onboard VGA wont work

Hi, I have bought this new motherboard because my old one broke and I have set it all up but when I turned it on there was no display on monitor, so I tried my old graphics card which produced same results, when I plug vga cable into onboard vga port it wont even work with that.

The motherboard is brand new along with the two graphics cards so I dont see what the problem is, any help would be appreciated.

Here are the specs:

Casecom 400W 12cm Fan PSU - 20+4pin 1x SATA 4x Molex
Asus P5G41C-M LX G41 Socket 775 VGA Out 8 Channel Audio MATX Motherboard
Asus 9500GT 1GB DDR2 DVI VGA HDMI PCI-E Graphics Card
2GB RAM DDR3
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 Quad Core CPU 2.33GHz 4M Cache 1333MHz LGA775

This is the old graphics card which also wont work:

Inno3D 8400GS 512MB DDR2 DVI VGA HDMI Out PCI-E Graphics Card

I have tested other monitors, VGA cables with it and it still wont work, thanks for any help in advance.
