Okay heres my set up I have a geforce 480 that I use for windows 7. And an older card for windows xp(used to play legacy games.) There problem is they are both PCI-E cards. One video card will work always when plugged in but other won't when I want to switch OS'S I have to manually pull card before useing that OS. Any way I can do this without haveing to pull a video card every time I switch OS'S?

the 480 with each op.system video drivers installed for each system should be all you need

I don't know if it would work, but you might try disabling the inactive video card in Device Manager. It's easy to try and if you do please report back results.

How legacy are we talking? A 480 should be able to play anything after windows 95 on any windows os. If your going as far back as dos then just use dosbox.
