Hello,

I use a Turtle Beach Recon 150 headset for discord on my Macbook and on PS4 and the headset works flawlessly on both platforms. However when I plug my headset into my PC I can immediately hear sound and my settings show that the mic is detected, but there is no mic input. I have a USB adapter and in my USB audio device properties it states the device is working properly and I've set my mic levels to 75 (I also have a 3.5mm splitter cable and both the cable and USB adapter work on other devices), but when I run a test in device settings and on Discord it states that the highest value input is 0 percent. I've updated all my drivers and checked privacy settings as well. I'm at my wit's end. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance!

Go to Control Panel/Sound/Recording tab. Make sure your headset is selected, then choose Configure, run the tests.
Thanks for the reply but it doesn't work. There's no input when I perform the set up; It has me read a sentence and because nothing is picked up I can't proceed. I know the issue can't be the headset or my computer so I'm at a loss.
