My detachable mic on my Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50p keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting, it makes a glitchy snapping sound and I have to move it for it to reconnect. Any help would be VERY much appreciated.

Sounds like an internal hardware piece has gone bad. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair.
