I'm running XP Prop SP2 (1GB) and this has been happening since I installed IE7 (7.0.5730.13)) one month ago. I have Zone Alarm free and that problem with the KB951748 has been solve long ao, as I keep my security programs updated.

It seems to occur when I go to AOL webmail. It occurs in both IE7 and Firefox(2.0.0.20). Seems that the connectivity problem goes away after some time away from keys. The True Vector problem will reoccur any time after a reboot as well.

Anything I can do to elucidate the problem for you solvers, just let me know. Next few days will busy here, but I will respond ASAP.

Go to Start/Run and type services.msc scroll down to Windows Firewall, right click it and Stop the service then Disable it.

Do you know the source/nature of the conflict?

Does that still allow Zone Alarm to run as well as stop Win Firewall?

The alert box still comes up, but then I get a dialog box asking if I want to restart the TrueVector service. As long as I allow it to restart, I can continue.

Go into Services.msc and find the TrueVector Service and set it from Manual to Automatic and Start the service.

It has been on automatic. It's an annoyance, but at least I can still complete my work online. I think.
