I assume since you get a Westell prompt you are a DSL customer??
Give us some history on your set up.
Is this a new ISP connection?
Did it ever work, if so how long?
Who is your DSL provider?
Do you launch a software program to connect to the Internet?
Is this a new Linksys network card?
As requested, make and model of DSL modem.
First thing I would try is to power the DSL modem off, wait at least 30 seconds then turn it back on an see what happens.
