Hey,

If you're positive it's not the RAM, try checking the integrity of your CD. http://noeld.com/programs.asp?cat=misc They have a tool to check your CD for any errors it may have. I doubt that'll do anything for you, but it'll take your mind off of the memory. Your motherboard may be going bad as well. Those are the only two things I can think of. *edit* Try alternating between memory modules if you have more than one, or borrow a compatible stick from a friend if they have it.
