Well first off heres a link to thread I already have showing you the steps i have gone through already. http://www.techsupportforum.com/f10/trouble-dl-or-steaming-files-290740.html#post1698853

The problem i have is when i download anything, example driver updates. When i try to install the driver or unzip i will get a file is corrupt message. (IE) " The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again."

This also must be related problem when i stream video off websites such as youtube. the load bar will continue across the screan but the video will be stuck buffering. Alright so im going to post the log data from HijackThis.
