Hello all,
I just got my system reformatted and setup again, and now looking for a trust-worthy recommended spyware/adware virus security program. I went into my Win XP Security centre and checked out all the recommended by Microsoft, now I'm checking out Trend Micro. I downloaded a trial version of Trend Micro Internet Security 2008, on their website it lists 3 packages, 1. Trend Micro Internet Security Pro, 2. TM Internet Security 2008, and 3. TM Antivirus plus and Anti-Virus, what is the difference between the 3 and which one would suit my computer better. Anyone care to assist me, thanks in advance.

Hello,

I can't tell you the difference, cause I haven't used Norton in over 7 years now. (I think they're just different releases, however the program inside would pretty much be the same :4-dontkno) but I could recommend two different packages which are better then Norton in many peoples opinions (and they're free )

Hi Sens08 -

If you scroll down on this page:

http://us.trendmicro.com/us/products/personal/

You can see the different levels of protection the TrendMicro products you asked about offer.

If you follow the links on the left hand side of that page, you can review more in depth what each product offers.

Essentially, one is AntiVirus and AntiSpyware; one is that, plus personal firewall; one is all that, plus AntiSpam and additional features.

For a more complete list and comparative review of different applications, see this:
