Do you have any HP products installed on your computer? If so, try booting with the HP CD in the tray.
If that doesn't work you can download the HP Photosmart Premier software here
which should replace the TrayApp.MSI (installer)
With regards 'gamevance32.Exe' it seems to be part of the Gamevance gaming network and is considered to be malware. Download Malwarebytes
and run a scan, choose the free version.
