Do you have any HP products installed on your computer? If so, try booting with the HP CD in the tray.
If that doesn't work you can download the HP Photosmart Premier software here which should replace the TrayApp.MSI (installer)
With regards 'gamevance32.Exe' it seems to be part of the Gamevance gaming network and is considered to be malware. Download Malwarebytes and run a scan, choose the free version.

If you continue to have this issue, then I suggest you start a new thread in the 'Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help' section and give then all the details they require to help you.
