I have an ASUS X553MA laptop. I know it has touchscreen capability, I used to use it frequently. Currently however it's not working, and the system settings say there is no touchscreen capability on this device. I think this has occurred since the last Windows 10 update, but I haven't used the laptop very much lately, so I can't be absolutely certain.
I followed some advice I found on another forum, and reinstalled the ATK Package and Smart Gesture drivers to their newest versions from the ASUS website (after uninstalling the old ones, of course). This fixed a touchpad scrolling issue I was also having, but it didn't restore the touchscreen. Is there anything else I can try? Any other drivers to look for?
