toshiba M600 sound system troble

I bought about 8 Toshiba M600 last three years ago, now they have the same toruble at the sound system. Some time work but some time don't work but there is no error in the sound driver, because it is written that the driver working properly. How can I resolve this problem any way?

There may be a newer driver available from Toshiba's website.
