This laptop is about 2 years old I can see the screen fine when its opened about 2" but the more I open it the screen starts to static and goes completely white by the time its fully open . What should I do or replace. Any help would be much apprceated. Thanks

Sounds like the laptop has been opened one too many times and the lcd connector (cable that attaches the motherboard to the screen) has gone bad. Replacement might be your only option unless the laptop only really stays in one place then you could use an external monitor and a vga cable.

But if you hook it up to a monitor and still get nothing (after hitting Fn F5 or F6) then its something else.
