Right now i have a simple (Compaq)

1.)Would I have to buy a new processor like i7, and or AMD Phenom ii x6

2.)Buy a Graphics card for Higher FPS such as ATI Radeon 5770

3.)Buy a My Passport to decrease the bogging down of the computer

4.)Your opinion!

Welcome to TSF!! To answer your question you would need to get some good hardware in order to be able to play and enjoy the current and future games that are coming out. Typically a good idea is to get a quad processor at about 2.4-2.6 ghz, 4ghz of ram and a good graphics card typically with 1g of memory powered by a good power supply. Alot of people might say that is a little steep but with today's games and the games that haven't been released yet, the system requirements are steadily increasing. That's not to say if you had a good Dual Core processor and 2-3 ghz of ram you wouldn't be happy but as the newer games keep coming out you would still be behind the curve.
If you give us a price range you are willing to spend we could offer suggestions as far as your build.

True, but when you add everything up really you have a new computer. What I mean is that you can buy a desktop with some of the same specs for around $300 - 500.
