Did you ever stop to think that your video card ISN'T compatable with DirectX 9? Even if it did work correctly, you wouldn't be able to play those game which need Dx9, as they require a much better video card than that. I had a TNT2 M64, which came out what... around Dx7, right? Hate to break it to you man, but if you want Dx9 support better go with a newer card.
