tmp or prn file of 14 Gb

In the server park I'm administring there are 4 users who when they log of the system creates a file tmp or prn of 14 Gb in application data\Microsoft\outlook. When you deleted the file the next day when the user logs of again it returns?
Any idea how to solve this.
The platform is Server 2k3 WS XP Sp3
