its ok or not

my comp spec are

1 hd HITACHI 120 g IDE
2 nd hd SEGATE 320g sata
my motherboard is abit IP-95
current ram ddr2 333mhz

That appears to be a 510w peak, 450w actual watt rated PSU, what video card are you using?

hemmm i think im wanan used sapphire ati readeon hd 4350

The 4350 is pretty low end card it should be ok with it(just barely).
