Hi
I'm really sorry if I've posted this in the wrong section.
Whenever I try to open PDF email attachments on my desktop computer (Windows XP SP3) it comes up as unknown file type, and then when I press open it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."
I have Adobe Reader X version 10.1.0.534 installed on my computer, however, when I try to open it a box comes up saying "An internal error occured".
I know it's not a problem with the PDF files being sent to me as when I forward them to my email address on my laptop (which also has Adobe Reader installed) they open perfectly.
I would really appreciate some help with this!
