Run scandisk in safe mode (tap F8 while booting) and set it to autofix. Then run defrag again.
How do I get to scandisk onec ive pressed f8 at startup?

Did everything you said but the files still wont defrag :(
Is there anything else that can be done?
Try downloading Perfect Disk , run it and see if it can push through.
