I am using windows 7 64 bit and after reformattin my computer,i drag my files from my external hard disk into my laptop.the error stated make sure i am using 32 or 64 bit and i am using that.how do i solve this?

Hi Haruki92,

What files are you trying to transfer? Regular files (documents, photos etc) should be fine to just drag over. However some applications are not able to run in a 64-bit environment.

Please post exactly what you're transferring and a screenshot if possible.

How do i upload a screenshot in this post??I just wanted to install itunes that was transferred from my external hard disk but the file is not compatible as they said it is not 32 or 64bit.

You should reinstall the iTunes application from Apples website instead of the one put on your external hard drive, since it's bound to another cpu architecture.
