NEW INSTRUCTIONS - Read This Before Posting For Malware Removal Help - Tech Support Forum
After running through all the steps, you shall have a proper set of logs. Please post the logs in your next reply.
If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply.
p.s.
If unable to download the tool from the compromised computer use a good computer and download the tools to a Flash drive or CD.
Please the downloaded files on the desktop of the compromised computer.
Just run the DDS tool for now and post the logs.
