the registry help?!

Ask the administrator. You must be logged on as admin to change registry settings.

Your user account for XP should have administrative privileges. If not, you can only do that as carsey ^ mentioned.

yes but i am on a admin account, surly i should have this right, can any one tell me how to chnage the setting so i can do this..

few weeks back i had the same problem but with task manager, as it wouldnt let me open it, as i wasnt admin, but now it seems to be my registry..
