To sum things up, we have a department issuing a trouble ticket as follows:
"Users are getting error message "Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time"
[NAME] stated that no one else is in the same record as him"
The department using a piece of software called "Audit Leverage"
Can someone with a little more insight with this error please shed some tips or useful information? I don't have much of an understanding of this particular error.
