the jumping curser

Thanks I think it fixed the problem. I have another question. My windows will freeze up especially if it is the first window I pull up. It happens online more often than off line. I have an acer laptop vista home about one year old. Is there something I can do to fix this problem?

everything stops, nothing will respond. All I can do is keep trying to mim. once I mim I bring up another window to finish my work. I bring up the first window to see if it will do anything if not I go back to the second window.
