So im trying to make a pc for myself and ive come across on thing that i might need to reconsider.

My psu might now be able to take everything

And on top of that can it also support a oc of 4.2 or 4.4 and maybe a little from the graphics card. Also i want it to be Fully Modular for the purpose of the color scheme.

It is enough power and should work. However, I would recommend that you get a better branded unit from SeaSonic or XFX instead.

The Hale 82 or Hale 90 models would be acceptable, not the Hale 82 V2 though which is made by a low end maker.
