Many should be familiar with this,my puter has decided to rebel against me ;eft ooffice yesterday fine, but on powering it today am geting a very unfortunate display
black and white screen with squares on them what could this be.

Tried booting from the cd-rom drive nothing,using a boot disk is now simply an insult but when i moved the hardrive to another machine it worked perfectly,did the anti virus all yielded to nothing

So what could be the trouble down here

tested the video card anditis doing fine.What other mechanism of toubleshooting shouldi employ.Crush thesystem and forget?,This will leave me sad thought of the mobo but it is powering ok still stuck
