I would do a repair installation. Should be the fix. But I think we need to find the reason causing this problem. First check for malware. Then try to remember what you added to your system the last. ( it may be a conflicting softwares case )
Text Missing in Most programs Windows!!
Hey,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this, or if the same has happened to them... In many programs such as Winrar and my music recording software, the pop up/drop down windows such as going to tools/settings or are missing all the text.
I've included a picture of this, while trying 'extract to' in Winrar -->

As you can see, the text beside the radio buttons is completely missing, this is the same for all other programs. However... One thing to note is that, using explore, msn and internet explorer, all the drop down/pop up window options are fine and fully visible.
I accidentally installed a chinese language thing the other day, i don't know if this effects the situtation or not.
