Ten Key Keypad not working

I dont know if one of my children was messing around but I dont have the NumLock key off and I still cant get numbers to pop up when I am trying to use my 10 key keypad. HELP!:4-dontkno

I have an Acer Aspire 7736z-4088 and it has Windows 7.

Hi I had a look for any hot keys that may have had some bearing but was unable to find anything from the manual on acers site,check your own manual in case i missed something
