taskmanager problem

yea when i call up my taskmanager the field that shows what user the process is running under is blank it shows like this

Iexplorer

User Name
*there is nothing here but a blank space*

CPU
00

Mem Usage
2956 k

does any1 know whats up with this and how can i fix this

1 more thing, i looked up this problem on google and i got this http://www.winxptutor.com/tmuserblank.htm

but Terminal Services is not in the list. what do i do? is that what it is called or is it called something else?
